The impending introduction of the UK Vaping Tax Duty, combined with stringent new compliance and verification requirements, has placed an unsustainable burden on the running cost of our business.

For context, to maintain a scale of selling 40,000 bottles each month, the new vape tax would require an additional £105,600 upfront to HMRC each month before a single bottle is sold.
Due to these prohibitive upfront capital investments, alongside unresolved regulatory verification frameworks for e-liquids, we have been forced to make the difficult decision to wind down our operations.
